Dutch East Design is a branding and interior design studio specializing in hospitality. With our multidisciplinary approach, our services are many and varied. Whether a branded pitch book for a start-up, or ground-up boutique hotel packed with F + B, we are interested.

INTERIORS

Dutch East Design creates tailor-made environments with artistry and technical precision. The studio is passionate about design and committed to the quality of all aspects of its projects. The team thoughtfully evaluates the unique nature of each project by listening, identifying the social, functional, aesthetic, and fiscal needs.

The studio’s team is a powerful collection of New York’s best talent, whose skill and enthusiasm is harnessed by a love for transforming ideas into reality. As much a business resource as designer, the company fosters a culture of collaboration, working with owners, operators, and consultants, bringing to bear extensive experience, as well as re-examining industry norms to find opportunity for innovation.

BRANDING

In concert with interior design, Dutch East Design delivers unique and provocative brand strategies and visual identities. The studio has worked with well-established brands, as part of their evolution in the marketplace, as well played a crucial role in building new brands. The design team follows the practice of forming strong and well-researched positions for each project, as the basis of all design.

Because Dutch East’s multidisciplinary approach, they are a significant creative resource for owners and operators — not only does their methodology ensure that the thread of a brand’s identity carries through all aspects of a project, making for a very strong message, but is simply highly practical from a project delivery point of view.
