The Waymark

A waymark is a sign or symbol marking the route for travelers, especially along trails or country roads. Dutch East Design named this property The Waymark to draw attention to the region’s adventure tourism and natural beauty, and the branding and commissioned photography reflect this. A color palette evoking autumnal forest hues were used, and rather than using imagery in the collateral that represented the 1927 bank building’s historical features, close-up high-contrast photography of local natural features was used, with the commissioning of local climber/photographer Tom Clark.
