Bar Cima

Bar Cima occupies the Hotel Grayson’s top floor. This destination mezcaleria embraces a contemporary approach to Mexican flair. Bar Cima is one of the property’s four F+B venues of which Dutch East Design provided naming, branding, and interior design.

The lounge has dramatic views of the Manhattan skyline, and both the Hudson and East Rivers are visible from the outdoor terrace. Custom alabaster lighting punctuate this jewel-tone rooftop gem, and a challengingly low ceiling is addressed using antique mirror.
