Plan Check Kitchen + Bar's first location sits adjacent to the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. Dutch East looked to blueprints and official documents of the past for the restaurant's brand identity, paying homage to the architects, engineers and developers who visit this municipal institution daily. Now with four restaurants, Plan Check and Dutch East have had an ongoing working relationship as this hospitality groups grows.
