Continuing their long-standing working relationship with the Apicii Group, Dutch East Design was engaged to execute naming, branding, and interior design of five food and beverage concepts at The Wave Resort, Long Branch, NJ.

Connected to the Wave Resort hotel lobby, BuzzBait is the southern anchor of the building. Hotel Guests can pass through from the lobby, stopping for their morning coffee before they start their day. Seating can be flexible, however it best suits the guests’ needs. With the property’s trademark raw concrete floor, sand is welcome.
